Greatest Gift

I think family is such a great gift.

I sent this card to my sister-in-law for her birthday this month. Every birthday should be special for everyone. Another year blessed!

Holding the card in my hand that buckle didn't look so overpowering, but now in the picture it does. I love purples and greens together. I had been wanting the Upsy Daisy set so that I could do the background like I did here....now I get to do it with this set instead :)

Set: Of the Earth (SU)
Accessories: Perfect Plum, Certainly Celery and Whisper White cardstocks, inks & markers, cutter kit, Certainly Celery twill, Eggplant Grosgrain, Circle cutter, HodgePodge.

This is beautiful, katie! I don' think the buckle is too much, either. Great vision for that set!

I like the versamark, or the tone on tone effect you've got in the background, looks wonderful!

I love that buckle on your card! And, I don't think the ribbon is too much! I love the circle highlighting your image.

Love the colours you picked. The versamark looks great and the buckle is a great touch.

I love the way you made your own Upsy Daisy-like background, and popped up the flower in the focal image! The green and purple ribbons tied/twisted together like that look great!
