Relaxing By The Shore
I made this card for a friends birthday. We live near the beach and I just love this calm look. I found this set at a yard sale last summer and hadn't used it yet, so it was time I put it to good use ;)
I am having fun with the Koh-I-Noor pencils and the mineral spirits. They give it such a nice look.
I stamped the chair and lady separately and lifted them up on dimensionals just at the edge of the oval.
Set: Sketches, Summer by the Sea, by The Sea Wheel
Cardstock: River Rock, Bashful Blue, Whisper White
Ink: StazOn Black, Creamy Caramel...and I used the Koh-I-Noor Pencils w/OMS
Accessories: Pewter HP, Non-SU Ribbon, Coluzzle

This is the most beautiful thing I've seen done with this set yet! Bravo!
Love the way you pooped up the focal image and the shell ribbon is PERFEXT!!!
Love the soft look of the pencils! Your coloring is wonderful and so artistic. Great card!
Your card is beautiful. I love that you made your inage pop up. Your background is great. Your card makes me wish that I were down by the ocean right now.

Oh, I love the ribbon!!!! I've heard a lot about those pencils but haven't tried them, I'm a "Prisma" girl but I've heard great things ~~ may have to put them on "the list"!
Wow, this is gawjus (a la JanTink)! This looks like you painted it instead of stamped it. Love it!
Love how you did this, the 3D is awesome and I love the coloring!
Great use of dimensionals. Love that stamp with the pastel colors...so pretty.
