Baby Jars...not just for baby anymore

Now that my little guy is eating fruits, I thought I would take advantage of it and use the jars for my own personal crafting use. I remember my dad using the jars in his workshop. There are still countless jars in his workshop to this day.

These are the smallest of the jars, so I didn't have much room to work with and decided to keep it simple. You know all those things that you buy at the craft stores that come in bags instead of containers?? Well, this is perfect for storing them!!

I hadn't even thought of decorating a jar since the Starbuck jar rage a couple years ago!!

I used some retired DP, my punches and some ribbon. I think they are kinda cute! And just see how much easier these rhinestones will be to access!!

I am displaying these, along with my Primas and Stickles on a shelf that my dad made my mom many moons ago. She had a collection of glass ornaments, that I only vaguely remember...which ended up broken over the years, so the shelf became mine. At first I was displaying cards etc on it, but this is a much better use. I'm always reorganizing my craft space :)

Accessories: Sarah DP, Apricot Appeal, Brocade Blue & Certainly Celery cardstock, Apricot, Celery & Bluebird (retired) grosgrain ribbon, Primas, Stickles, Eyelet Border Punch and 1 3/8" circle punch.

Great idea for those little jars. It's been a very long time since I had any around here but it is a terrific idea.
