I'm Stampin' I'm Stampin'!!

It's been such a long time since I've been stamping!! It feels so good, my fingers are full of Melon Mambo ink! I made a huge mess of my workspace and loved it! I had to pick it up to take the pictures...and I do try to when I finish something anyway....but oh what a mess I made ;)

I had no idea where I wanted to begin or go with my new toys. I got a couple sets in that were Valentine-y and I have my new punches and the Embosslit etc that I wanted to play with, so with it all laying in front of me...I was a bit overwhelmed and feeling like I had no mojo whatsoever...but in the end I'm pretty happy with my project to day.

When I had the colors all laid out in front of me, my teenage daughter came in the room ....they have had no school yet this week, all that snow from the weekend has kept them home. 8" would never have stopped school in Maine! anyway....she was shocked at how bright my selection was. I just felt like I needed something bright. It's begun raining...after all that snow, and should go into tomorrow....bright was called for!

I've used a bit of dimension here as well as much needed bling, the rhinestones were the best little touch to the card. I put my edge punch, my two heart punches, my embosslit and a new set to use...talk about getting it all in. Did I over-do it?

Thank you for taking a peek at my blog today :)
